We are excited to announce that two schools served by College Access Partnerships programs were winners of the 2021 NC First in FAFSA Challenge!
High schools competed against similarly sized schools in two categories: FAFSA Completion and FAFSA Completion Growth (from previous year).
- SMALL Winner for FAFSA Growth - North Wilkes High School which grew by 19%! GEAR UP currently serves students at this school.
- RURAL Winner for FAFSA Growth - Hiwassee Dam High School which grew by 28%! College Advising Corps at Appalachian State currently serves seniors at this school.
