About: Dr. Erin West is a navigator for the Empowering Teacher Learning project and the NSF GREAT STEM project at Appalachian State University. Her research interests include early care and education, educational advocacy, education policy, and educational leadership. Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending time with her family and enjoying the outdoors.
